As Told in Ink

We produced a unique documentary on the intimate stories behind people's tattoos. We drew upon a diverse selection of illustrated interviewees to tell their sometimes funny, sometimes touching, sometimes outright bizarre tales of ink and remembrance. We then used the tools of our digital palette to bring another dimension to the visuals - bringing story and pigment together in a new and compelling way.
